Key Responsibilities:

• Support customers in finding and booking tour packages that best suit their preferences and travel goals
• Provide expert advice on travel destinations, itineraries, and travel options.
• Handle customer inquiries by phone and email, ensuring a consistently high level of service and support.
• Create personalized travel itineraries that cater to individual customer preferences and budgets.
• Stay up to date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to secure the best deals and offers for our customers.
• Process bookings, reservations, and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and travel arrangements.
• Promote additional travel-related products and services to enhance the customer's experience.

Qualifications:

• 3 years+ Travel Industry experience is a must
• Strong knowledge of Domestic and International travel destinations, and travel trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for helping customers fulfill their travel dreams.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Sabre is the preferred GDS, however will offer conversion for Amadeus and Galileo

The Package:

• $65k - $70K Base Salary + Super
• Ongoing training and development
