As a Cruise Travel Consultant, you'll use your industry knowledge to deliver exceptional service, helping clients plan and book unforgettable cruise holidays. You'll be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction, and building strong, lasting client relationships.

What you will be doing:

• Sell dream cruises and exciting cruise products every day!
• Design unforgettable bucket-list fly-cruise and tailor-made holiday packages
• Engage with customers via phone, email, and online channels - make their travel dreams come true!
• Smash your sales targets and thrive in a high-energy, reward-driven environment

You'll really stand out if you have…

• Cruise and travel industry experience is a must - you're already a pro!
• GDS proficient with either Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo
• Show off your in-depth knowledge of all things cruising
• Smash sales targets and stay laser-focused on results
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times
• Driven by KPIs and motivated to exceed expectations
• Minimum 2 years of cruise sales success in an inbound call centre - and proud of it!
• Build instant rapport and lasting connections with every customer
• Detail-oriented and a master of time management - you keep everything on track
