About the Role

We're looking for an experienced operations professional to help support the successful delivery of a range of unique travel experiences. This leadership role involves coordinating a variety of land-based activities, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting teams across multiple locations.

With a mix of office-based responsibilities and occasional time on the ground, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain consistency, enhance systems and processes, and contribute to an exceptional experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Overseeing the end-to-end planning and execution of ground operations
• Supporting team training and development
• Contributing to safety and risk management initiatives
• Collaborating across departments to improve service delivery
• Supporting sustainability and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

• Experience in travel/tourism operations
• Leadership and team coordination experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A flexible, hands-on approach and willingness to travel when needed
• A focus on continuous improvement and delivering great guest experiences
