We're currently recruiting for a Senior Business Development Manager to join a dynamic travel organisation with a strong industry presence and ambitious growth plans. This is a unique opportunity to work with an established network of travel professionals and help shape the future of independent travel.

About the Role

As a Senior Business Development Manager, your focus will be on new business acquisition, driving growth. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to generate leads, engage prospective members, and help onboard new travel businesses.

This is a relationship-driven sales role, ideal for someone with a strong travel background and a solid understanding of the travel landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and convert new B2B opportunities through industry networking and referrals
  • Engage prospective partners and deliver compelling presentations on the offering
  • Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation initiatives
  • Use CRM tools to manage pipelines and track activity
  • Help guide new partners through onboarding and initial setup
  • Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, competitive positioning, and sales performance

About You

  • 3+ years of business development experience in the travel industry
  • Strong network and knowledge of travel models
  • Hunter-style mentality for new business
  • Proven ability to hit sales targets and build strategic partnerships via cold calling and other methods
  • Confident communicator, both face-to-face and virtually
