An established and highly respected virtuoso travel business on the Gold Coast is looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to join its close-knit team.

The Role

You'll work with a loyal client base to design and book holidays, from straightforward escapes through to complex, tailor-made itineraries.

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing client enquiries from initial conversation through to booking
• Designing personalised holidays and itineraries
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Working with quality travel suppliers and preferred partners
• Providing expert destination and product advice
• Managing bookings from start to finish
• Supporting colleagues and contributing to a genuinely collaborative team

About You

We're looking for an experienced Travel Consultant who:

• Has solid experience in retail/leisure travel
• Has previous GDS experience - Amadeus is preferred, however other GDS experience will be considered with cross-training provided
• Has strong destination and product knowledge
• Loves talking travel and creating memorable holidays
• Is confident converting enquiries into bookings
• Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service
• Is organised and commercially minded
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Values collaboration over individual competition
