About The Role:

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Travel Consultant to join a well-established boutique agency with a strong reputation for delivering personalised, tailor-made travel experiences. They have built a loyal network of repeat and referral clients through personalised service, expert travel advice and a genuine passion for creating memorable journeys.

This role is ideal for a travel professional who enjoys building long-term client relationships, has a passion for creating bespoke itineraries and takes pride in delivering outstanding service from initial enquiry through to post-travel support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face consultations.
• Create domestic and international leisure itineraries tailored to each client's needs.
• Book flights, accommodation, cruises, tours and travel insurance.
• Provide airfare expertise, recommending the best routing and fare options.
• Liaise with airlines, wholesalers and travel suppliers.
• Issue tickets, prepare travel documentation and check itineraries prior to departure.
• Maintain exceptional customer service throughout the entire booking journey.

About You:

• 1-3 years experience in the travel industry, ideally within leisure travel, wholesale or touring.
• GDS experience is required
• Strong airfare and itinerary planning knowledge.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple bookings while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Existing clientele is welcomed but not essential.
