Travel Consultant
Full Time | Hybrid (3 Days Office / 2 Days WFH) | Perth CBD

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced travel consultant to join a globally recognised travel company in their high-performing sales team. If you love selling travel, building relationships with customers and being rewarded for your success, this role offers uncapped earning potential, ongoing career development and a supportive team environment.

With dedicated operational support behind the scenes, you'll be able to focus on building client relationships, creating tailored holiday experiences and maximising your sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound sales enquiries from customers looking to book their next holiday.
• Build rapport with customers to understand their travel needs and recommend tailored holiday packages.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Create accurate quotes and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional travel products and services.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and conversion KPIs.
• Produce accurate booking documentation and ensure attention to detail throughout the booking process.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  
  

About You:

• Minimum 2 years experience in the travel industry across leisure, wholesale or cruise sectors.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs in a retail travel environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Confident engaging with clients over the phone and providing personalised travel recommendations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer and technology skills with the ability to learn new travel systems and platforms.
