What You'll Be Doing

Every day will be different, but you'll spend your time:

• Helping clients find the perfect cruise based on their travel style and budget
• Matching customers with the right cruise lines, itineraries and destinations
• Creating complete holiday packages that add value and enhance the customer experience
• Managing bookings from initial enquiry through to departure
• Providing expert advice and exceptional service that keeps customers coming back
• Building lasting relationships that generate repeat and referral business
• Achieving sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is passionate about cruising, enjoys talking to people and knows how to turn conversations into bookings.

To be successful, you'll need:

• Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience as a Travel Consultant within the travel industry
• Previous experience selling cruise holidays
• Experience using a GDS - Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo
• A history of achieving strong sales results
• The ability to manage multiple enquiries without compromising service
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
• Confidence using supplier portals and travel systems to research and tailor holiday options
• A positive attitude, commercial mindset and genuine passion for travel
