✈️ The Role

You'll be responsible for creating and coordinating bespoke inbound group itineraries across Australia, working with international clients and local suppliers to deliver seamless travel experiences.

From designing the itinerary to coordinating transport, touring, guides and ground arrangements, you'll be involved throughout the entire journey.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Design and manage tailor-made inbound group itineraries from enquiry through to completion
• Prepare quotes, negotiate with suppliers and manage bookings
• Coordinate transport, touring, guides, accommodation and other ground services
• Prepare detailed itinerary documentation and tour leader notes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and Australian suppliers
• Provide exceptional customer service and proactively resolve any issues
• Ensure accuracy, quality control and consistently high service standards
• Research new products and experiences and stay up to date with the Australian tourism landscape
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver outstanding group programmes

🌏 About You

We're looking for someone who has a genuine passion for Australian travel and inbound tourism and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You'll ideally have:

• 2+ years' experience in Inbound and Groups Travel
• Strong Australian destination knowledge (essential)
• Experience designing and costing itineraries
• Excellent client management, sales and negotiation skills
• Strong supplier relationship management experience
• Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
• A proactive, creative and solutions-focused approach
• The ability to manage multiple programmes and deadlines simultaneously
• Fluency in an additional language is highly regarded
