JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Convert inspiring luxury travel requests into seamless, dream itineraries for discerning clients

• Act as the client's dedicated travel expert from start to finish, delivering a personalised, white-glove service

• Go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer care and exceed client expectations

• Confidently use a GDS to create and manage airfare bookings

• Offer professional travel advice, using your expertise to guide and inspire clients

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 2-5 years' experience as a travel consultant with strong luxury or high-end product knowledge

• A proven record of exceeding sales targets and delivering results

• Positive, confident, and proactive approach to client service and sales

• Strong GDS knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for working with airfares

THE PACKAGE:

• Competitive base salary of $70-80k + super + uncapped commission

• Excellent high-earning OTE potential

• Monday - Friday hours (9am-5pm, no late nights or overtime!)

• No face-to-face consulting required

• Flexible hybrid working environment
