Your Daily Journey:

• Take charge of incoming cruise enquiries and create tailor-made travel experiences
• Convert warm leads into bookings while delighting clients with exceptional service
• Nurture lasting client relationships from first booking to post-cruise follow-up
• Navigate key cruise systems like Polar, SeaWeb, and more with confidence
• Join a dynamic team on a flexible rotating roster

Why We Need You on Board:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in travel & cruise sales, with a love for cruising and all things travel
• A confident, results-driven sales professional who thrives on achieving targets
• Passionate about creating memorable experiences that keep clients coming back
• Skilled in cruise booking systems and GDS (Amadeus, Galileo & Sabre) platforms
• A natural communicator who builds trust and long-lasting client relationships
