About the Role
As an Outbound Cruise Consultant, you will be responsible for proactively contacting warm leads, past passengers and new enquiries to convert interest into confirmed luxury cruise bookings.
This is a high-touch, consultative sales role where your product knowledge, customer service and storytelling will help guests picture their next unforgettable voyage. You'll guide them through destinations, suites, itineraries and enhancements, ensuring a seamless experience from the first conversation to final confirmation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Making outbound calls to warm leads, new enquiries and past guests to identify opportunities and close sales
- Showcasing luxury cruise itineraries, inclusions and experiences with confidence and expertise
- Providing guests with personalised recommendations to match their needs, travel style and budget
- Managing bookings from start to finish with exceptional attention to detail
- Delivering a five-star customer experience that drives repeat business and loyalty
- Working closely with internal teams to support guests and ensure smooth booking processes
- Achieving (and exceeding!) sales, conversion and revenue targets
What We're Looking For
- Travel industry or cruise sales experience OR outbound sales experience (wholesale, retail, airline, reservations or outbound sales welcome)
- A confident communicator who loves being on the phone
- Proven ability to close sales and overcome objections
- Passion for luxury travel and the cruise sector
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Someone who thrives in a supportive, energetic, sales-focused team
The Perks
- Competitive base salary + lucrative uncapped earning potential
- The earning potential in this role is one of the highest in the industry - realistic OTE $150K +++

- Monday-Friday roster with occasional Saturday availability but not compulsory
- Melbourne-based role with hybrid working after initial training
