If you're an experienced travel professional who knows how to turn an enquiry into a confirmed booking, and a first-time client into a repeat customer this could be your next move.
We're looking for a driven Senior Consultant to take ownership of inbound opportunities and transform them into tailored cruise and holiday experiences. This is a consultative sales role where expertise, responsiveness and commercial focus go hand in hand.
The Opportunity
You'll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out via online channels and phone. From that initial enquiry, you'll take the lead understanding what matters most to them, crafting personalised cruise and holiday options, and confidently guiding them through to booking confirmation.
Success in this role comes from strong pipeline management, consistent follow-up and the ability to build value into every recommendation. You'll work within a structured, target-focused environment where performance and customer experience are equally important.
What Your Day Might Look Like
Instead of simply answering enquiries, you will:
- Proactively manage a steady flow of inbound sales opportunities
- Design customised cruise and packaged holiday itineraries
- Package flights, accommodation, pre/post stays and additional services into seamless travel solutions
- Prepare detailed quotations and confidently present options
- Maintain momentum through structured follow-up
- Track and manage your sales pipeline using CRM systems
- Consistently work toward revenue and conversion benchmarks
- Create memorable customer interactions that generate repeat and referral business
About You
You're commercially minded but customer focused. You enjoy closing sales and take pride in delivering well-structured, accurate bookings.
You will ideally have:
- A strong background in retail or wholesale travel sales
- Cruise product knowledge (highly regarded)
- Experience packaging multi-component holidays
- Confidence managing multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
- A track record of achieving sales and conversion targets
- Excellent communication skills across phone and digital platforms
- A disciplined, organised and detail-oriented approach
- Familiarity working within CRM-based sales systems
