About the Role
You will be responsible for:
* Outbound sales engagement with consumers via phone, email, and digital leads
* Converting enquiries into confirmed luxury holiday and cruise bookings
* Providing consultative, personalised travel recommendations
* Managing a high-volume sales pipeline while maintaining service excellence
* Upselling premium cruise experiences, add-ons, and value-enhanced packages
* Maintaining accurate customer records in CRM systems
* Achieving monthly and annual sales targets

About You
* Proven experience in travel, sales, or customer-facing consulting roles
* Strong outbound sales and conversion capability
* Cruise or luxury travel knowledge is highly regarded
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* High attention to detail and customer service focus
* Comfortable working both autonomously and within a team
