Role Overview:

This position is responsible for leading and growing the Australia and New Zealand business, with full accountability for both strategic direction and day-to-day performance. The successful candidate will take ownership of driving commercial outcomes, expanding market presence, and building a scalable, high-performing operation across the region.

Acting as the most senior representative in market, you will oversee all aspects of the business including financial results, distribution strategy, partnerships, sales performance, and operational delivery. This role requires a leader who can move seamlessly between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution to achieve sustained growth and long-term success.

A critical priority will be strengthening and diversifying distribution channels, with a strong emphasis on B2B partnerships, while also leading a results-driven B2C call centre environment. Success will be measured through clear, data-led performance metrics, ensuring consistent delivery across revenue, conversion, and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Australia and New Zealand business, driving growth, commercial performance, and operational excellence.
  • Act as the senior market representative, building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders while fostering a high-performing, accountable team culture.
  • Take full ownership of the regional P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, using data-driven insights to optimise revenue, margins, and ROI.
  • Expand and diversify distribution channels, with a focus on B2B partnerships, agency networks, and strategic alliances, identifying new opportunities and leading commercial negotiations.
  • Represent the business externally to strengthen market presence and enhance brand visibility across the region.
  • Oversee a high-volume B2C call centre, driving revenue and conversion targets while implementing clear performance metrics and promoting a culture of coaching, continuous improvement, and sales excellence.
  • Align marketing, lead generation, and sales strategies to maximise ROI and long-term customer value.
  • Lead sales, marketing, and product initiatives to ensure offerings remain competitive, commercially viable, and aligned with market demand, delivering an exceptional customer experience across B2B and B2C channels.

They bring expertise in managing P&L responsibility, expanding distribution channels, and developing partnerships to grow market share. They have experience leading high-performing B2C call centre operations, optimising performance metrics, and fostering a culture of accountability, coaching, and results. These individual combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, delivering measurable impact across all aspects of the business.
