Outbound Sales Consultant - Luxury Aviation & Cargo

This is a rare opportunity to join a high-end aviation business operating in the luxury airline and cargo charter space, where no two days are the same and every deal is high-stakes, complex, and rewarding.
This is a true outbound, consultative sales role, ideal for someone who is hungry, resilient, and excited by premium B2B sales within the aviation world.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for proactively developing new business and managing key client relationships across luxury aviation and cargo solutions.
Working with warm and cold leads, you'll guide clients through bespoke charter solutions, solving complex logistical challenges with precision and confidence.
You'll initially be supported through a structured onboarding and mentoring program, giving you first-hand exposure to the full charter lifecycle and the opportunity to rapidly build deep industry expertise.
What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively sourcing and developing new B2B clients through outbound sales activity
- Identifying, qualifying and converting sales leads across luxury aviation and cargo
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Promoting bespoke charter solutions and premium aviation services
- Managing the end-to-end booking process with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and client data
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless charter delivery
- Developing expert product and market knowledge, with scope to support and train others
- Managing multiple priorities while working to KPIs and revenue targets
- Thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment
About You
- Proven experience in sales, account management or business development
- Strong outbound sales capability and confidence on the phone
- Experience in aviation, airfreight, freight forwarding or cargo is highly regarded
- A track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Resilient, adaptable and comfortable working under pressure
- Ambitious, motivated and eager to learn a specialist industry
- Comfortable with KPIs, targets and performance-driven environments
- Exceptional communication skills (second language an advantage)
- Degree-qualified preferred
- Full Australian driver's licence

- Base salary circa $72,000 + Super
