An established, high-end travel business is expanding its Travel Consultant team and is seeking experienced, service-driven consultants who thrive in a premium, consultative travel environment.

This role is ideal for a Travel Consultant who enjoys working with complex international itineraries, high-value clients, and tailored travel solutions. You'll be part of a growing travel team focused on delivering exceptional end-to-end travel consulting and long-term client relationships.

Hybrid working options may be available following initial training for consultants who can operate independently.

The Role

As a Travel Consultant, you will manage international travel enquiries from initial consultation through to post-travel support. You'll work closely with clients to understand their travel goals and deliver personalised, high-quality travel solutions, with a strong focus on international flights and premium travel experiences.

This is a highly consultative travel role that rewards strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. You'll be confident discussing different travel options and guiding clients to the best solutions based on value, timing, and availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand travel needs and preferences
• Create tailored international travel solutions and itineraries
• Manage bookings and changes
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Deliver a high level of customer service and travel expertise
• Work towards individual and team performance targets

About You

• Previous experience as a Travel Consultant or in a customer-focused travel role
• Strong understanding of international airfares and travel bookings
• Confident communicator with a consultative service style
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Strong time management and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced travel environment
• Motivated by performance and delivering exceptional travel outcomes
• Experience using a GDS (Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo)
• Exposure to complex airfare or premium travel bookings
• Sales experience within a travel consulting environment
