An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Travel Consultant to join a leading wholesale travel company in Melbourne. If you have a passion for travel and want to enjoy a great work-life balance in a hybrid role, this is your chance!

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert travel requests from Travel Agents into bookings
• Be the main point of contact for clients from start to finish
• Deliver outstanding customer service, always going the extra mile
• Use a GDS to make airfare bookings
• Provide expert travel advice to agents

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Travel Consultant (wholesale preferred)
• Proven ability to offer tailor made travel trips and deliver exceptional service
• Positive, confident, and proactive approach to work
• GDS experience - Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus

What's on Offer?

• Competitive salary: $70K - $75K + super
• Monday to Friday schedule - no weekends!
• Hybrid work model - WFH & flexible hours
• No face-to-face consulting
