About the Role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Travel Consultant who thrives in a sales-driven, high-conversion environment. This is a fast-paced reservations role focused on turning warm leads into confirmed bookings, re-engaging past enquiries, and maximising every sales opportunity.

Working from home in Perth, you'll be part of a high-performing reservations team, engaging with customers across phone, email and live chat - guiding them from enquiry through to booking.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively follow up warm leads generated through marketing campaigns, events and enquiries
• Re-engage past customers, expired quotes and dormant leads to convert into bookings
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with confidence and professionalism
• Build rapport quickly and guide customers toward a booking decision
• Upsell and maximise booking value through strong product knowledge
• Prepare and follow up quotes within agreed timeframes
• Manage enquiries across phone, email and live chat channels
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and ensure all bookings are processed correctly

About You

• Minimum 2 years' travel industry experience (retail, wholesale or reservations)
• A sales-focused mindset with a passion for converting enquiries into bookings
• Confident making outbound calls and handling objections
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Target-driven, motivated by incentives and high earnings
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Working Hours & Flexibility

• 37.5 hours per week
• WA hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm
• Weekend work required (~10 weekends per year)
