A boutique travel agency is seeking an experienced and driven Travel Consultant to join its growing team. This full-time, office-based role involves working with both travel agents and direct customers to create tailor-made holidays across a diverse range of destinations.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Respond to inbound enquiries via phone, email, and web chat from both travel agents and direct clients
• Sell and coordinate customised air and land holiday packages
• Manage bookings end-to-end, from enquiry to post-travel follow-up
• Provide expert destination advice to match client needs
• Liaise with suppliers to confirm travel components and resolve any issues
• Use internal systems to manage bookings and client data
• Meet individual and team sales targets and KPIs
• Attend product training and sales team meetings

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a travel consulting or reservations role
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting targets
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management
• Ability to handle both B2B and B2C clients confidently
• Amadeus experience highly regarded
• Strong product/destination knowledge - you're a natural destination specialist
• Positive attitude, team player, and customer-focused mindset
