The Role

• Lead from the front with strong personal sales in premium air and luxury travel 💼
• Coach, inspire and elevate a team of experienced consultants to maximise conversion and results 📈
• Drive energy, accountability and momentum across the team

About You

• An experienced travel professional with 3 plus years in retail or corporate travel ✈️
• Highly confident selling First and Business Class flights
• Strong GDS experience is required
• A natural, hands on leader who thrives in fast paced, high performance environments 🔥
