Groups Consultant - Inbound Travel
$82K - $87K + Super | Full Time | Remote

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Groups Consultant to join a growing inbound tour operator. In this role, you will assist in the planning and delivering group itineraries, ensuring seamless travel experiences for international clients. This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone highly organised, detail-focused, and passionate about the inbound travel and tourism sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning and coordinating inbound group itineraries, managing the complete booking lifecycle
• Confirm bookings with hotels, transport providers, attractions, and guides
• Provide exceptional customer service from initial contact to post-travel follow-up
• Monitor group arrivals and support on-the-ground coordination as required
• Track deposits, payments, and confirmations
• Support reporting, documentation, and operational processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners whilst staying informed on the latest products and experiences through research, supplier training, and industry events
  
  

About You:

• 3+ years experience in inbound tourism and tour operations
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage client and supplier relationships
• Strong knowledge of Australian tourism destinations
• Proactive, solutions-focused, calm under pressure, and a team player
• Passion for inbound travel and delivering outstanding customer experiences
