As a Corporate Travel Consultant, you'll manage complex corporate travel itineraries and deliver premium travel management services, ensuring every travel booking runs seamlessly.

The Opportunity - Corporate Travel Consultant

In this corporate travel role, you'll manage end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car hire and ground transportation for corporate travellers.

Using Sabre GDS and your expertise in international fares and complex travel itineraries, you'll deliver accurate and professional corporate travel solutions within a dynamic corporate travel team.

This is a high-energy travel environment where strong attention to detail, exceptional travel service, and excellent travel industry knowledge will set you apart.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end corporate travel bookings including flights, hotels, car hire and ground transport
• Deliver accurate and professional travel arrangements for corporate travellers
• Book and manage complex international travel itineraries using Sabre GDS
• Ticket, exchange and manage corporate travel bookings efficiently
• Provide solutions to travel disruptions or itinerary changes
• Maintain strong relationships with corporate stakeholders and travellers
• Collaborate with the broader corporate travel team to deliver exceptional travel service
• Ensure all travel bookings comply with client policies and company procedures

About You

• Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Travel Consultant or Travel Manager
• Experience in corporate travel, or strong retail travel experience looking to transition into corporate travel
• Strong knowledge of international fares and complex travel itineraries
• Sabre GDS experience (essential)
• Experience with self-ticketing and exchanges highly regarded
• Exceptional customer service and strong travel industry knowledge
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced corporate travel environment
