Luxury Leisure Team Leader - Perth

$85-90k + Super + Uncapped Commission

The Role

As Luxury Leisure Team Leader, you'll manage your own portfolio of high-value clients while leading, motivating and supporting a team of luxury consultants. You'll set the standard for service, sales and professionalism, acting as both a trusted leader and a top performer.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering end-to-end luxury leisure travel consulting for premium clients
  * Designing bespoke, complex itineraries across air, land, cruise and high-end accommodation
  * Driving strong sales performance and exceeding revenue targets
  * Leading, mentoring and developing a team of luxury travel consultants
  * Acting as the escalation point for VIP clients and complex bookings
  * Setting clear expectations around service standards and sales behaviours
  * Maintaining momentum in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

What We're Looking For

• Strong leisure travel consulting experience (essential)
  * Proven exposure to luxury travel products and discerning clientele
  * Demonstrated sales success in a target-driven environment
  * Previous experience as a Team Leader, ideally 5 plus years
  * Confident, credible leader who leads by example
  * Commercially minded, organised and solutions-focused
  * Passionate about luxury travel, people leadership and results
