Join a thriving travel business and specialise in luxury cruise sales from a steady pipeline of inbound enquiries.

You'll be:

✨ Quoting and selling luxury cruise & tailored land arrangements
✨ Converting high-quality enquiries into confirmed bookings
✨ Working towards achievable sales targets with absolutely uncapped commission
✨ Creating bespoke European & worldwide cruise itineraries
✨ Identifying upsell opportunities to maximise booking value
✨ Delivering exceptional phone & email service

No two enquiries are the same - from Europe to worldwide sailings, you'll work across premium product daily.

🎯 What You'll Bring

✔ 2-5 years leisure travel experience
✔ Strong luxury cruise product knowledge
✔ Proven ability to hit travel sales targets
✔ Confident, friendly and polished phone manner
✔ Excellent customer service skills
✔ GDS experience (Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo preferred)

💰 The Package

• $70k-$80k + Super

• Absolutely uncapped commission (high earning potential)

• Mon-Fri 9am-5pm - no weekends, no late nights

• No face-to-face consulting
