JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Working on a GDS to make reservations - Galileo, Sabre, or Amadeus
• Dealing with telephone, online and email enquires
• Booking flights, hotels and car hire and any special requests to domestic and worldwide destinations
• Working within a busy corporate environment
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Strong customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of fares, fare structure and destinations
• Group travel experience is an advantage
• Extensive GDS knowledge - Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus
• Sound attention to detail
• Be confident and work well under pressure
• Exceptional client service and task management skills
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Sound knowledge of destinations, and travel products

PACKAGE

• Salary ranges of $65K - 85k + super.
• Opportunity for bonuses
• Full time permanent role
• Mon - Fri hours
• Flexible work arrangement Office, Home based or Hybrid
