We're seeking a Key Account Manager who's passionate about driving performance, building strong partnerships, and leading strategic business growth in a commercially focused role.

In this position, you'll have the opportunity to bring fresh thinking to the table, uncover new business opportunities, and drive success across a varied network of travel partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and grow key account relationships whilst driving productivity across the network
  • Identify opportunities to improve overall profitability and performance
  • Promote the use of key digital systems to drive production and support adoption across teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Deliver tailored business coaching, performance reviews, and digital enablement strategies

What We're Looking For

  • Strong travel industry connections and a minimum 5 years experience in leisure travel
  • Proven ability to manage key accounts and deliver commercial results
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Tech confident, with experience supporting digital tools or platforms
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with the flexibility to travel when required
  • Travel as needed within your state, with some interstate or international trips

What this Role Offers:

  • Position: Full-time
  • Location: Sydney
  • Travel: Across NSW and interstate (including ACT) as required
  • Start Date: Immediate start available or negotiable
  • Package: Competitive salary of $105K - $110K+ Super + $15K car allowance
