What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the rollout and continuous improvement of key travel technology platforms
• Improve digital processes and adopt solutions tailored to individual business goals and policies
• Support the launch of new platforms, tools, and system updates to ensure smooth adoption through training and documentation
• Drive operational efficiency by identifying opportunities for smarter workflows
• Coordinate with travel advisors, account managers, and external tech vendors to improve platform performance, usability, and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Stay ahead of digital trends and translate them into practical initiatives, bringing fresh ideas to the table

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years' experience in a travel implementation or systems-focused role within travel management or similar industries
• Experience with GDS systems, online booking tools, and back-office systems related to the travel industry
• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with top-notch analytical skills
• Passionate and genuinely interested in emerging tech and applying solutions that improve the overall customer experience
