About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Fares & Ticketing Consultant where your expertise will play a key role in delivering seamless travel experiences. You'll be the go-to specialist for all things related to air tickets and fare rules! 🎟️🌍

Key Responsibilities

• Issue and reissue domestic and international air tickets using Sabre GDS.
• Handle complex fare calculations, including published, nett, and NDC fares.
• Perform standard and complex reissues
• Interpret fare rules, ticketing restrictions, and tax calculations accurately.
• Monitor and action fare changes, airline ADM trends, and industry developments.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for consultants on ticketing queries.
• Liaise with airline partners regarding fare issues, waivers, and ticketing exceptions.

What We're Looking For:

• GDS Proficiency: Comfortable using Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo systems (preference if you have knowledge of more than one GDS but not essential)
• Experience: Minimum 1+ year in travel ticketing or similar role.
• Fare Knowledge: Airline Ticketing knowledge and understanding off fare structures
• Communication Skills: Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Team: A Team player attitude with a commitment to service and efficiency
