Key Responsibilities:

• Handle travel requests for busy corporate clients.
• Use a GDS to make reservations.
• Book flights, hotels, car hire, and accommodate special requests for both domestic and international destinations.
• Manage telephone and email inquiries efficiently.
• Group travel experience is a plus.
• Work Monday to Friday - no weekends!

Experience Required:

• A minimum of 3 years plus travel consulting experience - domestic and international
• Group travel experience preferred
• Sabre experience preferred with an understanding of IATA fares and ticketing
• Proficient spreadsheet usage
• A passion for providing outstanding customer service
• Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers/clients/team members
• Great time management skills and ability to work under pressure
• Positive attitude and a will to succeed
• Proven ability working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• A passion for the sporting / entertainment industry is a must
