About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Corporate After-Hours Consultant to join a high-performing team, supporting corporate clients outside of standard business hours.

In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service while managing urgent and complex travel requests in a fast-paced environment. You'll work across a 24/7 rotating roster, handling last-minute changes, emergency bookings, and time-sensitive travel solutions with accuracy and efficiency.

This position offers flexibility to be based anywhere in Australia for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client travel enquiries outside of standard business hours
• Quote, issue, and reissue airfares in line with fare rules and policies
• Amend and update bookings across air, hotel, and other travel products
• Work across both GDS and non-GDS systems
• Ensure compliance with client travel policies and internal procedures
• Deliver high-quality service in urgent and high-pressure situations

About You

• 3+ years' corporate travel consulting experience
• Strong GDS skills
• Confident with fares, ticketing & reissues
• Able to work independently under pressure
• High attention to detail & strong communication
• Flexible for a 24/7 rotating roster (incl. weekends)
