We're looking for a proactive, people-focused expert to manage a portfolio of valued corporate clients, helping them achieve more from their travel programs while ensuring service excellence at every step.
🌍 What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients across diverse industries
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide strategic insights, reporting, and tailored travel solutions
- Identify opportunities to reduce spend and improve travel program performance
- Lead regular business reviews to present industry trends and benchmarks
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation
- Negotiate with suppliers to deliver maximum value for clients
- Maintain accurate client records and reporting using CRM tools
✅ About You:
- 2+ years' experience in corporate travel as a Client success manager/ account manager or a similar client-facing role
- Exceptional relationship management and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Confident presenting to clients and influencing decision-makers
- Able to manage multiple projects with precision and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and ideally experienced with Salesforce
- Knowledge of travel systems, suppliers, and travel policies is a plus
