We're looking for a proactive, people-focused expert to manage a portfolio of valued corporate clients, helping them achieve more from their travel programs while ensuring service excellence at every step.


🌍 What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients across diverse industries
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provide strategic insights, reporting, and tailored travel solutions
  • Identify opportunities to reduce spend and improve travel program performance
  • Lead regular business reviews to present industry trends and benchmarks
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation
  • Negotiate with suppliers to deliver maximum value for clients
  • Maintain accurate client records and reporting using CRM tools

About You:

  • 2+ years' experience in corporate travel as a Client success manager/ account manager or a similar client-facing role
  • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
  • Confident presenting to clients and influencing decision-makers
  • Able to manage multiple projects with precision and professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and ideally experienced with Salesforce
  • Knowledge of travel systems, suppliers, and travel policies is a plus
