JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Record and maintain Accounts Payable Ledger
- Process payments including electronic bank transfers, credit card and foreign currency payments in accordance with suppliers' payment terms and maintain the corresponding reconciliations
- Process credit facility applications and manage payment terms with suppliers in accordance with company policies
- Reconcile and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner in accordance with company procedures
- Assist in the day-to-day efficient operation of the Accounts Department. e.g. administration, network filing and being able to cross-train other team members
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Ideally have at least one year accounts payable experience
- A background in the travel industry is preferred
- Outstanding communication skills
THE PACKAGE:
The successful candidate can expect a very competitive base salary of $48k - $50k + super.
