Your Role

In this exciting position, you'll leverage your in-depth knowledge of Japan to design and sell bespoke itineraries that cater to the diverse needs of travellers. You'll manage inquiries via phone and email, working closely with clients to ensure each trip is tailored to perfection.

Key responsibilities include:

• Consulting with customers to understand their travel preferences and creating high-quality, personalized itineraries.
• Managing all aspects of customer bookings, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
• Meeting individual and team sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborating with the team to expand and refine the product offering, always keeping customer satisfaction top of mind.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Strong experience selling Japan-specific travel products, including hotels, tours, transfers, and activities.
