As a Japan Travel Specialist, you'll be creating tailor-made itineraries for both individual travellers and travel agents, focusing exclusively on Japan's culture, landmarks, and hidden gems. Your Role
In this exciting position, you'll leverage your in-depth knowledge of Japan to design and sell bespoke itineraries that cater to the diverse needs of travellers. You'll manage inquiries via phone and email, working closely with clients to ensure each trip is tailored to perfection.
Key responsibilities include:
- Consulting with customers to understand their travel preferences and creating high-quality, personalized itineraries.
- Managing all aspects of customer bookings, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Meeting individual and team sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborating with the team to expand and refine the product offering, always keeping customer satisfaction top of mind.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
- A deep connection to Japan, either through extensive personal travel or living and working there.
- Strong experience selling Japan-specific travel products, including hotels, tours, transfers, and activities.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- A customer-first mindset, always striving to create seamless and memorable travel experiences.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
