Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultations: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and expectations, delivering a personalized approach.
  • Bespoke Itinerary Design: Craft tailored travel itineraries featuring luxury accommodations, exclusive tours, private experiences, and gourmet dining.
  • Supplier Management: Work closely with top-tier hotels, resorts, private guides, and other premium suppliers to secure the best offerings for clients.
  • Personalized Service: Ensure every detail of the client's journey reflects their unique preferences, guaranteeing a high-quality, seamless experience.
  • Quality Control: Oversee all aspects of travel arrangements to ensure impeccable service and flawless execution.
  • Ongoing Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the travel process, addressing any client needs before, during, and after their trip.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously research emerging luxury travel trends, exclusive destinations, and unique experiences to enhance your offerings.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in inbound travel, or similar travel roles.
  • Expertise: Extensive knowledge of travel products, Australian destinations, and exclusive services.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Creativity: A flair for crafting unique, unforgettable travel experiences.
  • Client-Focused: A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding client expectations at every stage.
