About the Role
As a Group Travel Sales Consultant, you'll oversee the end-to-end management of group tours - from enquiry to execution. You'll liaise with clients, suppliers, and destination partners to ensure every trip runs seamlessly while delivering exceptional service and attention to detail.

This role combines sales, coordination, and customer engagement, offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to be part of a passionate and experienced team that values quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of group tours, ensuring seamless planning and delivery
• Coordinate flights, accommodation, transfers, insurance, and activities
• Liaise with global suppliers and destination partners to confirm details and resolve changes
• Process payments, issue travel documents, and maintain accurate booking records
• Proofread itineraries and ensure documentation meets company standards
• Attend client events and functions when required

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 5 years' experience in retail or group travel
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confidence in handling multiple bookings and priorities simultaneously
• Amadeus GDS experience highly regarded
• Commercial awareness and a proactive, customer-focused approach
• A genuine passion for travel, teamwork, and client service
