The Role

This is a dynamic opportunity to work alongside an experienced Groups team, bringing tailor-made group itineraries to life from concept through to completion. You'll collaborate with suppliers, manage end-to-end file administration, oversee accounting and documentation, and ensure every detail is delivered to the highest standard.

You'll take ownership of your own client portfolio, supported with the tools and structure to actively grow your business. With a strong focus on lead generation and follow-up, you'll be empowered to build new relationships, expand your client base, and drive commercial success.

A key part of the role includes planning inspiring school group travel to destinations around the world, as well as developing customised itineraries giving you the freedom to think creatively and broaden your expertise across diverse group travel experiences.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where operational excellence and exceptional attention to detail are essential, paired with confidence in sales and client engagement. From day one, you'll receive comprehensive training and support, setting you up for long-term success.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a motivated, detail-driven travel professional with a strong operational mindset and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional group travel experiences. Ideally, you'll have experience within groups, travel agency, or wholesale environments and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused role.

You'll be proactive, commercially minded, and confident in managing both administrative detail and client relationships, with a natural ability to spot opportunities and grow business through active lead generation.

Essentials

• Minimum 12 months' experience in the travel industry
• Strong computer skills including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Strong time management and ability to prioritise workload
• Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Proactive mindset with initiative in business development and lead follow-up
