We are partnering with a highly respected boutique luxury travel agency in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, known for designing exceptional, tailor-made journeys for discerning clients across international first and business class travel, five-star hotels, luxury cruises, and once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Travel Consultant to join a high-performing team where service excellence, attention to detail, and deep destination knowledge are at the heart of everything they do.

About the Role:

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of premium clients and take ownership of end-to-end travel arrangements, including:

• Designing bespoke international itineraries (luxury leisure and premium travel)
• Booking flights (including complex fares), luxury accommodation, cruises, and experiences
• Managing client enquiries via phone and email and converting into high-value bookings
• Providing expert travel advice and personalised recommendations
• Handling reservations, changes, and reissues with precision and care
• Building long-term client relationships through exceptional service and trust
• Working closely with a supportive team in a collaborative, high-touch environment

About You:

You are a passionate and experienced travel consultant who thrives in a premium, detail-driven environment. You pride yourself on delivering exceptional service and creating memorable travel experiences.

You will bring:

• Minimum 3+ years' experience in travel consulting (international/leisure or premium travel highly regarded)
• Strong GDS skills (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo or similar)
• Proven ability to manage complex itineraries and fare structures
• A genuine passion for luxury travel and high-end customer service
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong sales mindset
• Experience working towards or exceeding KPIs/sales targets
