This role suits a relationship-driven sales leader who thrives on partnerships, strategy and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue across NSW & ACT
• Build and strengthen partnerships with key travel agencies and trade partners
• Deliver product training, education and joint marketing initiatives
• Analyse sales performance and provide forecasts and reporting
• Identify opportunities for groups, charters and strategic partnerships
• Represent the brand at trade shows, ship visits, launches and industry events
• Collaborate with national sales and commercial teams to drive growth

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years' experience in sales, business development or account management
• Experience within travel, cruise, tour operator or luxury travel highly regarded
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing market share
• Strong relationship-building and presentation skills
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial and analytical ability
• Passion for luxury travel and premium customer experiences
• Ability to travel regularly within NSW & ACT and interstate when required
