We're looking for a Cruise & Travel Consultant with a minimum of 2 years' industry experience, ideally from a retail travel background. You'll be customer-focused, collaborative, highly organised, and passionate about delivering seamless, high-quality travel experiences from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Crafting unforgettable cruise, airfare, and tailor-made holiday experiences for a loyal and high-value client base
• Managing end-to-end travel arrangements including international and domestic flights, cruising, accommodation, touring, transfers, and travel insurance
• Providing airfare quotes and working within Galileo GDS (cross-training available for consultants with Sabre or Amadeus experience) while ticketing is managed through a consolidator
• Using the CRM system to accurately track bookings, client interactions, and travel documentation to ensure a seamless customer journey
• Managing itinerary changes, upgrades, special requests, and preparing final travel documentation with precision and care
• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service, attention to detail, and expert travel advice
• Working closely with cruise lines, airlines, wholesalers, and suppliers to deliver smooth and stress-free travel experiences
• Keeping up to date with the latest cruise trends, destinations, and travel products to provide clients with expert recommendations and insider knowledge

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Travel Consultant role, ideally within a retail travel environment
• GDS experience is essential: Galileo is preferred, however consultants with Sabre or Amadeus experience are highly encouraged to apply
• Strong knowledge of airfares, cruising, and creating seamless holiday experiences for clients
  Confidence using CRM systems to manage bookings, workflows, and client communications with accuracy and efficiency
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable travel experiences
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
• A positive, professional approach with the ability to build lasting relationships and provide expert travel advice with confidence
