We're looking for a driven Travel Consultant to take ownership of inbound opportunities, including domestic enquiries and bookings, and transform them into tailored cruise and holiday experiences. Alongside the consultative sales aspect, you'll also manage the administrative side of the role handling incoming enquiries across channels, responding to social media queries, maintaining accurate CRM records, and allocating leads where required. This is a dynamic position where responsiveness, attention to detail, and a strong commercial focus go hand in hand.

The Role:

Be the first point of contact for customers via online channels and phone, taking ownership of each enquiry from the outset while managing the full sales and service process. This includes creating tailored travel solutions, along with the administrative side such as CRM updates, handling inbound enquiries across all channels, responding to social media queries, and ensuring leads are accurately logged and allocated. Success comes from strong pipeline management, consistent follow-up, and building value into every recommendation within a target-driven environment where performance and customer experience are equally important.

What Your Day Might Look Like:

  • Proactively manage a steady flow of inbound sales opportunities
  • Design customised cruise and packaged holiday itineraries
  • Package flights, accommodation, pre/post stays and additional services into seamless travel solutions
  • Create memorable customer interactions that generate repeat and referral business
  • Focus on managing domestic enquiries and bookings, and respond to local domestic queries directly
  • Take ownership of Facebook comments and incoming enquiries
  • Load potential international leads into ODMS for allocation to the wider team

About you:

  • Strong background in retail or wholesale travel sales with a passion for results and customer experience
  • Cruise product knowledge (highly regarded) with a love for selling inspiring travel experiences
  • Experience packaging multi-component holidays and creating seamless itineraries
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales and conversion targets
  • Confident communicator across phone, email, and digital platforms who builds rapport quickly
  • Enjoy engaging with customers through Facebook and other social media channels
  • Comfortable handling key administrative tasks, including enquiry management, CRM updates, and follow-ups to keep everything running smoothly
