We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Concierge Travel Consultant. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Korean and have a passion for travel. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients.

Job Description:

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, in both English and Korean
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend travel, dining, ticketing, travel, luxury or hospitality industry options that meet their needs
  • Plan, book and manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and activities
  • Provide accurate information and advice
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of all customer interactions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • High volume call center environment
  • Work in a Team environment

Experience Required:

  • Fluent in both English and Korean (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience in dining, ticketing, travel, luxury or hospitality industry
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and a can-do attitude
  • Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment

PACKAGE:

  • Competitive salary packages $50 - 54K+ Super + Bonus
