About the Role:
As a Marketing Manager, you'll take the lead on designing and executing innovative marketing strategies that showcase our world-class travel experiences. You'll collaborate closely with talented teams across content, design, and sales to bring bold ideas to life - all while delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement engaging marketing strategies to promote luxury travel products across Australia and New Zealand.
* Create high-quality marketing materials - brochures, digital assets, social media content, advertising, and more.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
* Collaborate with the sales and brand teams to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
* Manage marketing budgets and track the success of campaigns through data-driven analysis.
* Support events, webinars, and promotional activities with creative content and marketing support.
* Champion brand consistency across all touchpoints.

About You:
* 3+ years' experience in a marketing role (travel, tourism, or cruise industry experience highly desirable).
* Strong project management skills - you can juggle multiple campaigns with ease!
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Hands-on experience with digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
* Analytical mindset - you love tracking results and optimising campaigns for success.
