The Role

This is an opportunity to work with a premium client base, curating tailor-made itineraries that showcase the very best luxury travel experiences.

You will manage the entire client journey, from initial consultation and itinerary design through to booking, documentation, and travel support, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and cost bespoke luxury travel itineraries tailored to individual client preferences and budgets
• Manage the complete booking process, including supplier coordination, confirmations, amendments, and documentation
• Deliver exceptional service and support throughout the customer journey
• Build and maintain strong relationships with premium tourism suppliers and industry partners
• Stay informed on luxury travel trends, new products, and unique experiences across Australia
• Work closely with an experienced team to ensure seamless delivery of high-end travel experiences

About You:

• Proven experience designing luxury or high-end travel itineraries
• Strong knowledge of premium tourism products and destinations
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and competing priorities effectively
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
• A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused approach
