JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead and manage a dynamic team of consultants to achieve individual and team goals.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development to team members, identifying areas for improvement and delivering relevant training.
• Collaborate with senior management to align team strategies with overall company objectives.
• Utilize leadership training resources to continuously enhance personal and team leadership skills.
• Encourage a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement within the team.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Previous experience in travel as team leader is preferred
• Stellar communication skills to understand clients' desires and preferences.
• An innate passion for travel and a deep knowledge of various destinations.
• Knowledge of SABRE
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational prowess.
