About the Role

Are you passionate about travel and love helping others bring their dream holidays to life? We're on the lookout for an experienced Travel Agent ready to transform clients' travel visions into unforgettable journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Help clients plan and book their ideal holidays, offering insider tips that make each trip memorable
• Build lasting relationships with clients who return for your expert guidance and personal service
• Support clients through every stage of their travel, from planning to departure (and even during their trip, if needed)
• Communicate clearly and professionally over the phone & via email, you'll be their go-to travel advisor

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping people travel
• 3-5 years experience as a Travel Agent, with solid airfares knowledge
• Proficiency in one or more GDS platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo). Sabre preferred
• Strong geographic knowledge and the ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment
• Full-time availability in a salaried role
