We're seeking an ambitious and commercially driven leader to join a thriving travel business at the forefront of transformation and innovation. As Director of Travel Sales & Strategy, you will guide a passionate team and be instrumental in scaling operations, driving strategic partnerships, and uncovering new growth opportunities. This role blends leadership, business development, and strategic execution - perfect for someone who thrives in an autonomous, high-performance environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing national sales team
  • Drive growth in market share, revenue, and advisor engagement
  • Identify partnership and acquisition opportunities that fuel expansion
  • Shape and execute a go-to-market sales and growth strategy
  • Be an industry-facing leader, representing the brand at events and within the advisor community
  • Collaborate across marketing, operations, finance, and product functions to ensure alignment and delivery of key business outcomes
  • Drive accountability through structured sales planning, reporting, and CRM management

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years in a senior sales leadership role (ideally B2B or network-driven)
  • Proven ability to grow a business through strategic sales and partnerships
  • Deep understanding of the travel industry, preferably within leisure, independent, or retail travel networks
  • Strong leadership capability and a track record of team performance
  • Natural commercial instincts with a data-driven, solutions-focused mindset
