Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the business strategy, ensuring alignment across departments.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient processes and consistent service delivery.
• Collaborate with department heads to drive growth and innovation.
• Use financial data to guide decision-making and improve business outcomes.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve high performance and uphold company values.
• Foster a customer-centric culture and enhance service quality across all touchpoints.
• Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvements to enhance productivity.

Ideal Background & Skills:

• Experience in a General Manager, Operations Manager, or Business Manager role within the travel or tourism sector.
• Proven track record of growing revenue and managing budgets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in daily operations.
• Flexibility to travel as required.
