Key Responsibilities ✈️

• Manage travel enquiries from initial contact through to confirmed booking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and travel partners via phone, email and chat
• Provide accurate and engaging information to guide clients through their travel planning
• Develop product and destination knowledge to confidently recommend options
• Achieve sales and service targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Contribute ideas to enhance the customer experience and internal processes
  

Skills & Experience 💼

• Background in hospitality, retail or sales with proven customer service skills
• Genuine passion for travel and creating outstanding experiences for others
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and prioritise effectively
• A proactive, adaptable and motivated approach to learning
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement

Work Environment & Benefits 🌟

• Melbourne-based position with a hybrid work model (office four days per week, one day WFH)
• $60K - $65K + super + uncapped commissions
• Supportive team culture with ongoing training and professional development
• Occasional weekend or additional hours may be required during peak periods
