  • Develop and support FIT-led group opportunities and new market segments.
  • Work closely with marketing to prepare website content, collateral, and promotional material.
  • Set journey and passenger targets in collaboration with the Tours Operations Coordinator.
  • Review sales and enquiry data to identify patterns and guide decision-making.
  • Ensure all products align with company policies, including sustainability and ethical travel standards.

Partnership & Business Development:

  • Actively seek out new distribution channels and strategic growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with key industry partners.
  • Negotiate supplier and service agreements alongside management.
  • Drive an increase in departures and passenger numbers across both scheduled and bespoke journeys.

Sales & Client Engagement:

  • Respond to group and individual tour enquiries and convert them into bookings.
  • Offer expert destination and product advice to clients and partners.
  • Provide a seamless after-sales experience that encourages loyalty and referrals.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and training sessions to both internal teams and external partners.
  • Host information sessions and client events with confidence and enthusiasm.

Operations, Compliance & Insights:

  • Keep up to date with global travel regulations, market trends, and destination knowledge.
  • Follow company policies and maintain client confidentiality at all times.
  • Participate in expos, training sessions, and familiarisation trips when required.
  • Work towards set KPIs and contribute to the overall success of the tours department.

About You

You're a confident communicator who enjoys turning ideas into reality and thrives in a collaborative environment. You bring solid travel industry experience, strong relationship-building skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for adventure travel.

You'll also bring:

  • Minimum 1 Famil a year
  • Be part of a small, passionate, and supportive team who share your love for travel
  • Work on exciting, purpose-driven products that make a real impact
  • Enjoy opportunities for industry training, events, and travel experiences
  • Collaborate in a values-led environment that celebrates creativity and initiative
